Not by default. Compliance360 is a guided secretarial + compliance + SSM solution. You can add monthly accounting or tax filing as an optional service.

Can I switch from Compliance360 Lite to Pro midway?

Yes. We’ll pro-rate the difference. Many clients start Compliance360 Lite, then realize they want all resolutions covered and want more services covered. We make it easy to switch.

Can I pause if I go inactive?

No, regardless of the status of the company, the compliance requirements still have to be met, hence our guidance is continuous throughout the 2-year journey program.
