What information do I need to provide to get started?

You’ll just need a basic employee data file (names, NRIC/Passport, bank account details, gross salary, any allowances or deductions) plus your company’s KWSP, SOCSO and EIS registration numbers. We’ll guide you through a simple digital onboarding form—no paperwork hassle.

How long does the initial setup take?

Once we have your complete employee data and company registration info, we can have your cloud payroll portal configured and ready within 2–3 working days.

Can you handle part-timers, contractors or bonuses?

Absolutely. Our plans cover all payroll scenarios—full-time, part-time, fixed-term contracts, ad-hoc bonuses or commissions. Just include the details in your monthly submission and we’ll calculate and process everything for you.

How does year-end reporting work?

We’ll prepare EA forms for each employee, aggregate your payroll history into the required LHDN format, and provide you with e-filing ready files. You simply review and submit via your MyTax portal, or we can file on your behalf under an add-on service.

How do I pay for your service?

We will issue invoice on monthly basis and you may pay via direct internet banking to our company's account for our next course of action.

What are ad-hoc services that you offer?

Registration as employer for EPF, SOCSO and EIS - RM350
Registration for Director's personal income tax account - RM200
De-registration of Employer for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB - RM500
Handling fee of stamping of employment contract: RM50/contract (*exclude stamp duty RM10/ contract payable to LHDN)
